1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
- Items must be in original packaging and condition
- Items must include original tags and labels
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please:
- Contact our customer service at solar.info@relinkworld.com to receive a Return Authorization Number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include your proof of purchase and reason for return
- Ship to the address provided with your Return Authorization
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Restocking fees may apply to certain items (will be disclosed before processing)
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at solar.info@relinkworld.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
