1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must include original tags and labels
  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please:

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include your proof of purchase and reason for return
  4. Ship to the address provided with your Return Authorization

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Restocking fees may apply to certain items (will be disclosed before processing)

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at solar.info@relinkworld.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
